OLD BUSINESS-
Lawns- Gary Neff requested
discussion regarding the condition of the lawns in Copperfield. He
indicated they are looking very dry and they will probably get worst.
Gary discussed the water revenues with the City of Cocoa. He stated
that the City is pulling funds out of water and putting them into the general
fund. This will increase the cost of water. He suggested the
board write to the election candidates to install reclaimed water.
He also suggested that the community hold a contest with the best lawn
winning a monetary gift. Gary felt this might give incentive to motivate
residents to water their lawns.
