Board of Directors Meeting
January 21, 2014
The meeting was called to
order at 7:30 p.m.
Present: Chris
Saretsky, Ray McDermott, Jim Cooper, and Biagio Simone. Denis Riley was
absent. Also in attendance: Will Leister, Steve Saretsky and Angela
Walker with TCB Property Management.
Minutes of the October 3rd
and October 15, 2013 meeting were reviewed by the Board. Biagio Simone
made a motion to approve the minutes; Chris Saretsky seconded the motion
and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Treasurer’s Report:
Denis Riley was not present
to give his report. The Board will hear the December 2013 and January 2014
financial report on February 18, 2014.
Manager’s Report:
Angela Walker reported that
Southern Greens has been treating the Robellini Palm (located at the front
entrance) for a mold issue. Management has asked Southern Greens to assess
the palm this week and report if the palm needs to be removed.
Committee Reports:
ARC & ARCC – Chris Saretsky
reported that ARA approvals have been given to 1840 Abbeyridge and 685
Heather Stone and that both projects have been completed.
Landscape Committee Report:
Ray McDermott reported that the electrical light timer and Deed Restricted
sign screws were replaced due to rust issues.
New Business:
Chris Saretsky expressed
concern that homeowners who pay in advance may not be receiving the community
newsletter and other information that is mailed along with the quarterly
billing.
Management will make the
necessary changes to correct this issue.
Ray McDermott asked “what
should be the Board’s next move now that the Amendment changes have passed?”
It was decided that the Board should review the suggestions provided by
the Association’s attorney at the next Board meeting.

Motion was made by Jim Cooper
to adjourn; Chris Saretsky seconded the motion and the motion was passed
unanimously by voice vote at 8:00 p.m. |
