The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m.

Present:  Chris Saretsky, Ray McDermott and Jim Cooper.  Also in attendance: Members indicated by sign in sheet, Angela Walker and Sharon Lockamy with TCB Property Management.  

Minutes of the July 15, 2014 meeting were reviewed by the Board. Jim Cooper made a motion to approve the July 15, 2014 minutes; Ray McDermott seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Treasurer’s Report: Angela Walker gave a verbal overview of the Association’s financial standing and accounts receivable status as of July 31, 2014 and August 31, 2014. Jim Cooper made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s Reports for July & Augst 2014; Ray McDermott seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.                 

Committee Reports: ARC & ARCC. Chris Saretsky reported from a list of approved architectural review applications given by the Committee.

Landscape Committee: Ray McDermott reported that the pepper tree trimming for the 4th quarter has been completed.

New Business: 

Payment Plan-Ray McDermott explained that the association attorney advised the Board they do not recommend or handle payment plans that exceed 12 months.Ray McDermott made a motion to approve the 12 month payment plan; Jim Cooper seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Appointment of new Board members:

Jim Cooper made a motion to appoint Alyse Avitable as the new treasurer.  Ray MCDermott seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Jim Cooper made a motion to appoint Kelly Stanton as the new secretary.  Ray MCDermott seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Jim Cooper made a motion to appoint Karen Lentz, Gary Neff, Steven Balch, and Cathleen Battle as directors.  Ray MCDermott seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

ARC:  1833 Abbeyridge:  Karen Lentz, Gary Neff, Kelly Stanton and Jim Cooper approved the paint colors.  Ray Mc Dermott and Chris Saretsky were opposed.  This passed by a majority vote.

Adjournment:  Jim Cooper made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 3:23PM.  Chris Saretsky seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
