Board of Directors Meeting

Kelly Stanton called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
Present: Alyse Avitabile, Kelly Stanton, Mike Scira and Steve Balch. Charlie Abell was absent. Also in attendance: Sharon Freeman with TCB Property Management, and 6 homeowners indicated by the sign-in sheet.
Alyse Avitabile made a motion to accept the June Board of Director Meeting minutes as presented. Mike Scira seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.
OLD BUSINESS:
ARC Architectural Guidelines steps:The document has been reviewed by AB Law. The attorney has made some comments and it is almost ready to be presented.
Kelly Stanton will send the Amendment package that Clayton and McCulloh prepared to Sonia Bosinger for review.
Proposed Topics for Next Chronicles:
- Alligator
- Lock your vehicle reminder
- Sidewalk Party: November 5th 1-4PM. The Board has contributed their money to help with the event. TCB will also contribute.
The chronicles and sidewalk party flyers will be sent out by the end of this week.

Landscape Committee Report:
- Ray stated he is still waiting on Bluebell to give a proposal for landscaping the front entrance. Proposals have been submitted from Stevenson Landscaping and Southern Greens. The well has been completed and Southern Green will fill in the hole. The pump has been redone. Kelly stated some of the sprinklers are not working.
Alyse made a motion to have the tree trimming done at the front entrance.Mike seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

NEW BUSINESS:
Alligator:The alligator in the pond has not been seen as of late.
Pool and Privacy Fence: The ARC requested the Board's review of an application to have an above ground pool and a fence. As long as the owner has the pool professionally installed and a permit for the fence and the pool cannot be seen from the road the Board approved the application.
Adjournment: Mike Scira made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:21 p.m. Alyse Avitabile seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
