Board of Directors Monthly Meeting Minutes
October 17, 2017 - 7:00 PM

Kelly Stanton called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Kelly Stanton, Alyse Avitable, Mary Anne Sonnenberg, AJ Nick, Sherrill Stramara, and Steve Balch. Charlie Abell was absent. Also in attendance: Renae Foster with TCB Property Management, and 5 homeowners indicated by the sign-in sheet.
Copperfield POA Mission Statement: Manage the operations of the Association to effectively maintain the community in order to preserve property values and community spirit.
AJ Nick made a motion to accept the September 2017 Board of Director Meeting minutes as presented. Steve Balch seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.

Landscape Committee Report:
There is an area at the Heather Stone cul-de-sac that was washed out during the Hurricane.Renae a Foster submitted a ticket for the sidewalk that is sunken in.
The timer on the sprinkler system also went out during the storm, and it has been replaced with the same timer.
Kelly will contact Extreme Grounds about the schedule for trimming the pepper trees.

NEW BUSINESS:
Budget Review- Alyse Avitable prepared a draft proposed budget for 2018, and presented it to the Board and members present. Some minor adjustments were made based on input from the Board.
Alyse Avitable made a motion to approved the draft budget, with discussed changes, as the proposed budget for 2018. Mary Anne Sonnenberg seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Adjournment: AJ Nick made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:36 p.m. Mary Ann Sonnenberg seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
