Board of Directors Annual Meeting Minutes
November 21, 2018 - 7:30 PM

Steve Balch called the Annual Member’s meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Present: Kelly Stanton, Mary Anne Sonnenberg, Steve Balch, and Sherrill Stramara were present. AJ Nick was absent. Also in attendance: 8 members indicated by sign in sheet, 12 members by proxy, and Renae Foster with TCB Property Management.
Sherrill Stramara made a motion to accept the 2017 Annual Meeting minutes with discussed corrections. Kelly Stanton seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.
OFFICERS REPORTS:
President – Steve Balch thanked his fellow board members, Renae & TCB, and Ray McDermott.
Secretary- Kelly Stanton reported that there was a decent turnout, but we want to come up with ideas to get more owners involved.

REPORTS OF DIRECTORS:
Appointment of 2018 Nominating Committee:
Chairman / BOD Member – Kelly Stanton
Member of Association – Laura DeHart
Member of Association – Carly Bourtis
2018 Election – There were no nominations from the floor. There is only one position up for re-election, and Steve Balch volunteered to keep his position on the Board.
Kelly Stanton made a motion to nominate Steve Balch. Mary Ann Sonnenberg seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
The 2018-2019 BOD is Andrew Nick, Mary Ann Sonnenberg, Kelly Stanton, Steve Balch and Sherrill Stramara.
Unfinished Business:
2019 Budget- Discusson was allowed from the floor on the proposed 2019 budget.
Mary Ann Sonnenberg made a motion to approve the 2019 budget as presented at $50 per quarter. Sherrill Stramara seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Adjournment: Kelly Stanton made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:56 p.m. Mary Ann Sonnenberg seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Steve Balch called the meeting to order at 7:57 p.m.
Present: Steve Balch, Mary Ann Sonnenberg, Kelly Stanton, and Sherrill Stramara. AJ Nick was absent. Also in attendance: Renae Foster with TCB Property Management.
Sherrill Stramara made a motion to appoint the following members to the respective positions:
Steve Balch- President
Sherrill Stramara- Vice President
Kelly Stanton- Secretary
Mary Ann Sonnenberg- Treasurer
Andrew Nick- Director at Large
Kelly Stanton seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.
Adjournment: With there being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:59 p.m.
