Board of Directors Monthly Meeting Minutes
July 21, 2020 - 7:00 PM
ZOOM Meeting
Kelly Stanton called the meeting to order at 7:11 p.m.
Present: Kelly Stanton, Sherrill Stramara, and AJ Nick were present. Mary Ann Sonnenberg was absent. Also in attendance: 2 homeowners indicated by ZOOM app.
Copperfield POA Mission Statement: Manage the operations of the Association to effectively maintain the community in order to preserve property values and community spirit.
Kelly Stanton made a motion to approve the April 2019 meeting minutes with discussed changes. AJ Nick seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Kelly Stanton made a motion to approve the January 2020 meeting minutes with discussed changes. Sherrill Stramara seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Landscape Report: This will be covered under new business.

New Business:
- Search for New Board Member: Kelly Stanton stated that we are down a Board member, and we need to replace them. If anyone is interested, please contact a Board Member or TCB Property Management.
Old Business:
- Palm Tree Removal- Sherrill Stramara stated that Extreme quoted $200 to have the tree moved, Blue Bell was $500.00. Leland came in at $175, but did not include sod or restore the area.
Sherrill Stramara made a motion to approved Extreme’s quote to have the tree removed. AJ Nick seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
- Governing Documents Renewal - Kelly Stanton will take an action to research the Governing Documents Renewal and report on the next meeting.
- Black Aluminum 3-Rail Fence - This has been tabled for the time being.
- Financial Status - Renae will forward this to the Board for the last few months.
- Violation List - AJ Nick will do August, Kelly will do September, Mary Ann will do October, and Sherrill Stramara will do November. If we find a new Board Member, they will do December.
Adjournment: Sherrill Stramara made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:43 p.m. AJ Nick seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Organizational Meeting Minutes

ZOOM Meeting
Kelly Stanton called the Organizational meeting to order at 7:44 p.m.
Present: AJ Nick, Kelly Stanton and Sherrill Stramara were present. Mary Anne Sonnenberg was absent. Also in attendance: Renae Foster with TCB Property Management.
Kelly Stanton made a motion for Sherrill Stramara to be the President, Kelly Stanton to remain Secretary, Mary Anne Sonnenberg to remain Treasurer and AJ Nick to be the Vice President. Sherrill Stramara seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.
Adjournment: Sherrill Stramara made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:46 p.m. AJ Nick seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
