Board of Directors Annual Meeting Minutes
November 18, 2020 - 7:30 PM
ZOOM Meeting
Remains DRAFT until Approved at 2021 Annual Meeting.
Sherrill Stramara called the Annual Member’s meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Present: Kelly Stanton, Katie Anderson, and Sherrill Stramara were present. Mary Ann Sonnenberg and AJ Nick was absent. Also in attendance: 0 members indicated by sign in sheet, 13 members by proxy, and Renae Foster with TCB Property Management.
Bob Stramara made a motion to approve the 2019 Annual Meeting minutes as presented. Kelly Stanton seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.
OFFICERS REPORTS:
President –
We have had another low key year. The Annual Garage Sale was shifted to October due to the pandemic and we had a dead palm at the entrance removed.
The board would like to thank the following people for their support:
- Steve Balch for serving on the Board and as the President.
- Renae Foster and Sharon Freeman, of TCB Property Management, for their invaluable assistance this year as we to shifted virtual meetings and for always being on call when we had questions.
- Ray McDermott for keeping an eye out for any issues that crop up and providing insights of what has been done previously.
- Gary Neff and Jeb B. for getting the county to repave the neighborhood.

2021 Nominating Committee-
Chairman / BOD Member – Kelly Stanton
Member of Association – Laura DeHart
Member of Association – Carly Bourtis
2021 Election – There were no nominations from the floor. The current Board will just stay in place.
The 2020-2021 BOD is Andrew Nick, Mary Anne Sonnenberg, Kelly Stanton, Katie Anderson, and Sherrill Stramara.
Unfinished Business:
2021 Budget- Discussion was allowed from the floor on the proposed 2021 budget.
Kelly Stanton made a motion to approve the 2021 budget as presented at $55 per quarter. Katie Anderson seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Adjournment: Kelly Stanton made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:41 p.m. Katie Anderson seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Organizational Meeting

Sherrill Stramara called the Organizational meeting to order at 7:41 p.m.
Present: Kelly Stanton, Katie Anderson, and Sherrill Stramara were present. Mary Ann Sonnenberg and AJ Nick was absent. Also in attendance: Renae Foster with TCB Property Management.
Kelly Stanton made a motion for Sherrill Stramara to remain President, Kelly Stanton to remain Secretary, AJ Nick to remain Vice President, Mary Anne Sonnenberg to remain Treasurer and Katie Anderson to remain a director. Katie Anderson seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.
Kelly Stanton, Sherrill Stramara, AJ Nick, Mary Ann Sonnenberg & Katie Anderson are voted in for a new three year term.
Kelly Stanton made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m. Katie Anderson seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
