Board of Directors Monthly Meeting Minutes
February 16, 2021 - 7:00 PM
ZOOM Meeting
Sherrill Stramara called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Present: Sherrill Stramara, Katie Anderson and AJ Nick were present. Kelly Stanton and Mary Ann Sonnenberg were absent. Also in attendance: 3 homeowners indicated by the ZOOM App.
Copperfield POA Mission Statement: Manage the operations of the Association to effectively maintain the community in order to preserve property values and community spirit.
AJ Nick made a motion to approve the August 18, 2020 meeting minutes with discussed changes. Katie Anderson seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

AJ Nick made a motion to turn over the two owners who are over 3 quarters delinquent to Attorney Sonia Bosinger’s office. Katie Anderson seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Old Business:
- Review Estimates for Replacing Palms: After some discussion, Ray McDermott will send an email to Renae with some information on a product that could help these palms come back to life.
- Governing Documents Renewal (MARTA): Tabled until the next meeting.
New Business:
- Date of Annual Garage Sale: November 12 - 13.
- Swings & Basketball Hoops: The last inspection came up with some swings and basketball hoops. The basketball hoops that were cited all had them up by their garages. The Board is in agreement that as long as the sidewalk is not being blocked, basketball hoops are allowed.
- Proposed Letter to the Community Reminding them of the Rules: Ray will review the final draft tomorrow, and send to Renae for distribution to the Board.
- New Lawn Maintenance Bid: Mr. Mankes asked some questions for clarification on the lawn maintenance bid. He will review everything and get a bid to the Board for consideration.
Adjournment: Katie Anderson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:44 p.m. AJ Nick seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
