Landscape Report: Sherrill Stramara reported that her sprinkler guy came out to look at the irrigation and said there are a lot of broken heads.  They estimate the cost to repair to be $300-400, but we will not know if there is a bigger problem until those broken heads are repaired.

Old Business:

Quotes for Palm Tree Removal- Sherrill reported that we have 3 quotes for the palm removal.  Leland’s Tree to remove & grind for $175.00, Blue Bell Landscaping to remove the dead palms and re-do the landscaping for $4,770 and the third quote was from East Coast Lawns to remove and replace the dead palms and re-do the landscaping for $3,413.50.  Renae will clarify with Blue Bell Landscaping regarding their proposal.

Kelly Stanton made a motion to approve Blue Bell’s proposal after they clarify the placement of the proposed landscaping with a drawing, not to exceed $4,000.00 after the Board approves the revised quote via email.  Katie Anderson seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

New Business:

Lawyer Advice on Section 14 “Personal Property”- Sherrill will draft an email to the attorney to inquire about “personal property” and regarding the white vinyl fence that was installed without ARC approval.  We will also get a quote on how much it will cost to get an opinion prior to getting the answers.

Resuming In Person Meetings- Renae checked with Solaris, but they would consider it for July.  Renae will follow up in August, since we are not having a July meeting.

AdjournmentKelly Stanton made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:46 p.m. Katie Anderson seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
