Renae Foster called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m.

Present:   AJ Nick, Joseph Cardali, and Kelly Stanton were present.  Mary Ann Sonnenberg and Katie Anderson were absent.  Also in attendance:  0 homeowners indicated by the ZOOM App.

Kelly Stanton made a motion to approve the September 20, 2022 meeting minutes as presented.  AJ Nick seconded the motion, and the motion was passed by majority vote.

New Business:

• Discussion and Resolution to Approve Marketable Record Title Act Notice: 

AJ Nick made a motion to approve the Marketable Record Title Act as mailed. Kelly Stanton seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
