Renae Foster called the Annual Member’s meeting to order at 7:34 p.m.

Present:  Andrew Nick, Katie Anderson, Mary Ann Sonnenberg and Joseph Cardali were present.  Kelly Stanton was absent.  Also in attendance: 8 members indicated by sign in sheet, 9 members by proxy, Renae Foster with TCB Property Management.

 Katie Anderson made a motion to approve the 2021 Annual Meeting minutes as presented. Joseph Cardali seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.

2022 Election – There were no nominations from the floor. 

The 2022-2023 BOD is Andrew Nick, Mary Anne Sonnenberg, Joseph Cardali, Kelly Stanton and Katie Anderson.

Unfinished Business:

2023 Budget- Discusson was allowed from the floor on the proposed 2023 budget.

AJ Nick made a motion to approve the 2023 budget as presented at $50 per quarter. Katie Anderson seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Adjournment:  AJ Nick made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:21 p.m.  Katie Anderson seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
