Present:   Katie Anderson, Kelly Stanton, Joseph Cardalli, and AJ Nick were present.  Mary Ann Sonnenberg was absent.  Also in attendance:  0 homeowners indicated by the ZOOM App. Melinda Pettit and Sharon Freeman from TCB were also present.

Kelly Stanton made a motion to approve the October 18, 2022 meeting minutes as presented.  Katie Stanton seconded the motion, and the motion was passed by majority vote.

Old Business: Sprinklers-Joe reported that it is still in process. They will address remaining repairs this week.

Katie Anderson made a motion to approve the allowance of a payment plan, Joseph Cardalli seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Katie Anderson made a motion to approve a payment plan of $75.00 per month if accepted by attorney, Joseph Cardalli seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
